Meet the Team

With an unlimited well of knowledge when it comes to our products, Jason is our technical wizard. When searching for the appropriate face stock, adhesive and liner, Jason has the expertise and experience in advising the best product for an application. He is known to personally drive shipments across state lines on holiday break to ensure customers get their product.

Jason has a B.A. Marketing Degree from John Carroll University but is the first to admit that marketing isn’t his strong suit. He embraces the challenges that come with being the leader of PRI Plus and is the foundation of the open communication culture throughout the company.

Caren knows our products as well as anyone. She prides herself in her willingness to help customers and her PRI Plus teammates. Thanks to her background as a Certified Surgical Technologist, Caren is a master at keeping zen. Her 22 years in customer service might also help with that.

Caren loves working with our customers and finding the perfect product for their needs. She has developed many friendships through her time at PRI Plus.

Christopher brings with him a history of dedication to quality and continual improvement. He’s looking forward to PRI’s more laid-back, welcoming environment to allow him to reach new personal growth. PRI is looking forward to tapping into Christopher’s knowledge and experience to expand our quality objectives.

Elizabeth is a strong team player that is always willing to lend a hand and communicate concerns. She is willing to go beyond the expectations from PRI Plus and our customers.

Before joining PRI Plus, Elizabeth spent 9 years as a bank teller. So, you’d be correct to guess that she’s quick to help people- unless there’s a furry friend that needs help first.

Elizabeth appreciates the welcoming environment at PRI Plus. “They truly care about their employees and customers.”

Hank is a consummate professional. He has proven to keep the team motivated and productive. His people skills make him an invaluable part of the PRI Plus team. His favorite part of working here is discovering all the new hiding spots for his treats.

I’m here to solve problems, but then I make more problems, but THEN I solve those, BUT THEN… It’s an ongoing circle. I can do this all day.

Justin is a very modest person that can’t admit how important his versatility is on the shop floor. He has the ability to succeed with whatever is asked of him. That should come as no surprise with his background coming in environmental remediation, surveying, and civil engineering.

Justin likes how fair and understanding PRI Plus is and our willingness to work with employees.

Kathy is our office organizational wizard. She also remains productive “in her own unique way.” Whatever that means, keep it up Kathy!

Prior to joining PRI Plus, Kathy worked in accounting for a centrifugal casting manufacturer and a car dealership. Now, she’s happy to be working with team-oriented individuals and for compassionate, understanding owners that strive to take care of their customers and employees.

Mark is great at getting rolls ready for the machine operators and he is awesome with making sure shipments are sent properly to the correct destination. Mark has a lot of experience working in warehouses before joining the team. Mark really enjoys the close relationships he builds here and always looks forward to the next company luncheon.

Mark prides himself in his excellent work ethics and great attendance. He also develops machine methodologies for our products. Before, PRI Plus, Mark worked in the automotive industry.

When asked what his favorite aspect of PRI Plus is, Mark said, “working with management that appreciates my efforts and skills.”

It’s not just your efforts and skills, Mark- we also appreciate you as a person!

Trish is our shipping expert- excellent with building relationships with our freight providers. She’s always working towards getting the best rates for our customers. Trish has a lot of experience working with the public, with both face-to-face customer service and over the phone. Trish likes working for a family owned and operated business that appreciates their employees.
