Meet the Team

With an unlimited well of knowledge when it comes to our products, Jason is our technical wizard. When searching for the appropriate face stock, adhesive and liner, Jason has the expertise and experience in advising the best product for an application. He is known to personally drive shipments across state lines on holiday break to ensure customers get their product.

Jason has a B.A. Marketing Degree from John Carroll University but is the first to admit that marketing isn’t his strong suit. He embraces the challenges that come with being the leader of PRI Plus and is the foundation of the open communication culture throughout the company.

Caren knows our products as well as anyone. She prides herself in her willingness to help customers and her PRI Plus teammates. Thanks to her background as a Certified Surgical Technologist, Caren is a master at keeping zen. Her 22 years in customer service might also help with that.

Caren’s usually the one that gets marketing to make things like the “Goat in a Coat.” Share something equally grotesquely cute with her, and she’ll gleefully pass it around the office.

Christopher brings with him a history of dedication to quality and continual improvement. He also brings with him a wealth of statistical knowledge of sports no one watches and a love for still reading the instructions to a board game we’re already 2 hours into playing.

Elizabeth is a strong team player that is always willing to lend a hand and communicate concerns. She’s typically the first voice you hear when you call the office— unless there’s a furry friend in need— they rightfully take priority.

Hank is a consummate professional. He has proven to keep the team motivated and productive. His people skills make him an invaluable part of the PRI Plus team. His favorite part of the day is searching for all the treat treasures in the office. He’s so dedicated to this pirate treasure search, he’s even down to one eye.

I’m here to solve problems, but then I make more problems, but THEN I solve those, BUT THEN… It’s an ongoing circle. I can do this all day.

Justin is a very modest person that can’t admit how important his versatility is on the shop floor. He has the ability to succeed with whatever is asked of him. That should come as no surprise with his background coming in environmental remediation, surveying, and civil engineering.

He’s one of my first stops to talk about any new comic book movie. He’s more of a DC fan, but I don’t hold that against him.

Kathy is our office organizational wizard. She also remains productive “in her own unique way” — which, after a few years, I can confirm means mountains of handwritten notes and telling you ALL the information. Serious overload. But I’m allowed to say that; everyone says we bicker like siblings:)

Mark (who has more tattoos than me!) keeps our shipments moving. Also, moving? All his woodworkings! Makes some really nice bowls from wood sourced all over the world.

He’s probably in the back right now counting down to our next company luncheon (but— this time— NOT more than me!)

Trish brings years of shipping experience to the team and has a soft spot for her grandkids that rivals her dedication to getting your order out the door.

Mark brought unmatched dedication, work ethic, and heart to everything he did. He played a key role in developing machine methodologies and supported our growth in countless ways.

More than anything, Mark will be remembered for his generosity and the joy he felt when talking about his family.

He will be deeply missed.
